Today, as Food Pharmacy Ghana celebrates its 10th anniversary, we reflect on a “Decade of Healing Tables”. This journey has been defined by more than just a cookware brand; it has been about the Hundreds of families who chose to cook differently. From mothers cooking their child’s first healthy meal to individuals reversing lifestyle diseases through the “Medium-Click-Low” method, our legacy is written in the health of our community.

As we look toward the Vision this 2026, we aren’t just celebrating where we’ve been. We are celebrating the fact that we are Still Cooking; still innovating, still thriving, and still committed to the idea that health is a birthright for every Ghanaian family.

Our 10th anniversary theme, “10 Years. Still Cooking,” captures the heart of who we are. In Ghanaian culture, “still cooking” means the fire is still hot, the energy is high, and the best is yet to come. We didn’t just sell cookware over the last decade; we changed the way Ghana eats.
